This is from an spanish (SPAIN, EUROPE) tv show called 'Planeta Encantado', aired on tv some years ago. This images are not real. They were filmed for the this tvshow by an spanish vfx house. I suggest Moondogzzz, the guy who uploaded the video, to change the title and the description because this is certainly not an "Alien Base On Moon Filmed By Neil Armstrong". It's a tv doc where they recreate the theory that Armstrong encountered lights and alien buildings when landing on the moon.
