Paramecium eating pigmented yeast

As the paramecium stuffs itself with a meal of pigmented yeast, vacuoles form. As food particles are digested by acidic enzymes, the congo red will reveal the pH drop-color will shift from a more alkaline red, to a more acidic blue.

Hey! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Yeastolarex Remedy (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you tried home remedy called Yeastolarex Remedy? I've heard many awesome things about it and my buddy completely cure her yeast safely with this remedy.

You know what's really interesting? As you pointed out Amoeba do eat paramecium, but when the Amoeba becomes stressed, or old, or weakened, Karmic balance comes into play and paramecium turn and eat the Amoeba. Fascinating to watch

I used a Phoenix trinocular scope. Basically what it is is a stripped down Olympus BH series. The third port is to plunk on a camera adapter. I use either an old coolpix 995 which works great, you can still get them on ebay wicked cheap, or my DSLR Nikon D7000. Hope that helps.
