Well, it's highly subjective of course. But have you seen Dave Chappelle, Ralphie May, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Louis C.K, Jimmy Carr, Stewart Lee? Just to name a few. Russell Peters is good, but I'd rank any of these above him.
