You gotta admit that something has changed, now i can't speak for the middle east or africa. But europe has been through a lot of wars, a lot of chaos, and a lot of bloodshed. and ever since ww2 and the cold war, european nations have been working together in order to improve themselves and preventing things like that in the future. Now the world isn't perfect, and we still need to make improvements, and that's why we need to communicate and educate ourselves even more.

Are we that much different today than from yesterday? I beg to differ. People today still kill *even though* we have more knowledge, better communication, and more people of "intelligence". "We think before we act"...I think not. There are more filthy people today than a hundred years ago. People are *encouraged* to be as morally corrupt as they can imagine and if they can't imagine much, the media is there to help them.

Those killings are all in the past, where people didn't know better. Wether they were muslims or not, doesn't change the fact that people tend to kill other people, because they either feel threatened by strangers or see other races/cultures as inferior to themselves. This is mainly caused by lack of knowledge, lack of communication and lack of thought. In today's world, we understand each other, we learn from our mistakes, and we think before we act. We just gotta live with our differences.

Also, it has never been proven that 9/11 had anything to do with Islam. If the guys did consider themselves muslim, their motive has not been linked to religion by their own admission. In fact, all of the groups denied any involvement in the beginning. Actually the one who looks forward to his meeting his Creator is the one who is patiently enduring the trials of this life and is working to collect as many good/ deeds as he can before God decrees his death, which is the way of /most/ muslims. Btw, we don't /blindly/ believe in God; we see the proof of His existence.

I don't have a belief. Is that strange? I think not. Is it strange to believe that nothing happens? Everything is explainable. Everything is capable of happening logically. I would like to believe that I want to see what happens WHEN I die, and not a moment before. My eyes are wide open, as are my ears. I don't hear what you hear, so you must be a schizophrenic.
